Der botanische Name der Gattung leitet sich vom lateinischen faux f\u00fcr Rachen ab und verweist auf die gezahnten Bl\u00e4tter der Gattung, die wie ein ge\u00f6ffneter, gez\u00e4hnter Tierrachen aussehen.Der Artname nemorosa kommt aus dem lateinischen Wort nemorosa f\u00fcr schattig.<\/p>\n<p>Das Verbreitungsgebiet der Gattung Faucaria erstreckt sich in S\u00fcdafrika von den westlichen Distrikten der Provinz Westkap, in der grossen und kleinen Karoo der Provinz Ostkap.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i.sitebob.com\/8493_3623e7798c6a53aa5da6bb0ccfcb5977.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><br \/>\nIm Gegensatz zu Faucaria tigrina ist sie etwas n\u00e4sse empfindlicher. Am besten nur an warmen Tagen alle 2 Wochen gie\u00dfen.
